Terms and Conditions of Business

The Agreement between myCompanyTeam (the Company) and its Clients

  1. Our guarantee to send messages 'in a few moments' is subject to there being no circumstances outside of our control.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of contract if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond the Comany's control, including and without limitation any acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, restriction, regulation, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority, stikes, lock-outs or other industrial action or trade disputes, power failure, internet failure or other such faults.

  3. The Company reserves the right to terminate services should payment not be received on the due date.

  4. All flat rate Fees are payable in advance of the services to be provided.

  5. All incremental charges are invoiced and debited from your credit/debit card monthly.

  6. Termination of services are subject to one months notice in writing.

  7. The Company will not disclose any Client information to any third party.

  8. The Company reserves the right to alter its fees from time to time and will give at least one months notice in writing of any changes in charges or services.

  9. The Company reserves the right to cancel this agreement should it discover that the Client or their activities may have an adverse effect on the Company.

  10. Written notice shall only be deemed acceptable if it is emailed to inbox@mycompanyteam.co.uk or posted to myCompanyTeam, 16 Shearway Business Park, Folkestone, CT19 4RH England.

  11. The Company shall not be liable to the Client or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform, any of the Company’s obligations in relation to the services to the Client.

  12. English Law shall apply to this contract, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
